BBQ Food Smokers
There are many types of BBQ smokers available with very similar cooking results. The main difference being shape and ease of use.
Vertical BBQ smokers need less charcoal and will burn for longer. Being vertical means the heat and smoke travel upwards past both grills and is then deflected of the lid. Recycling the heat and smoke makes then more efficient.
Horizontal smokers offer the most flexibility for the BBQ enthusiast. With a side fire box they are good for slow cooking. They offer generous grill space for direct cooking.
