| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped except when we place the order on our suppliers. You can also call to place and order. If you prefer you can place your order online and then call us with your credit card details. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling For order totals exceeding £19.99 delivery is free next day to all UK Mainland destinations unless otherwise stated. For orders less than £19.99 there is a £4.50 delivery charge. Please call or email us regarding delivery costs outside of the United Kingdom. If you place and order outside the UK mainland we will call or email you with the additional delivery cost. We offer a special delivery service to most European countries for the ProQ smokers. |
| Delivery Schedule On receipt of your order we will either call or email you with a delivery date. Most items will be for next day delivery unless indicated otherwise. For next day delivery, orders need to be received before 12:00 the previous day. |

| Returns Policy Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. Please bear in mind there is a cost involved in returning goods to us, with this said we will help make returning goods as painless as possible. Some purchases may require additional advise and guidance to help make sure they will be right for you and in this regard we are more than happy to spend the time on the phone or email to help with making the best decision. A refund will be given immediately we receive the goods in good condition and in there original packaging (less postage or courier cost). Many of the products are delivered to your door by a carrier. If no-one is in when the carrier calls a card will be left asking you to contact them at their local depot. You can then arrange for another delivery date with the carrier direct. If no contact is made within 14 days, parcels will be returned and an additional charged will be raised for the items to be re-sent.
