The BarbeSkew BBQ as seen on Dragons' Den is the most flexible BBQ on the market. You can use it with the supplied grill for direct or indirect grilling or food smoking with the lid down. Load your skewers which are rotated at the correct speed to ensure and even cook and no burning. Also supplied are two rotisserie basket for cooking fish, sausages etc. (fits into the upper rotisserie). Use the single skewer (optional extra) to rotisserie chickens and lamb, beef and pork joints.
